False advertising

Ordered and paid for Garmin 760. Forced to call company and verify order (which I did) I just wanted base Garmin and did not need additional items at 5X retail pricing. Upon ordering company verified item in stock and would ship out following day. Contacted 11 days later to find out about order and I was notified that item backordered. I could upgrade my order for an additional 100 dollars and obtain the same thing (retail version) Web page showed the one I had purchased as still in stock and available for immediate shipment. Salesperson told me that I could upgrade order and pay more or cancel order. Blatent scam!!!
