I ordered a 1gb mp3/mp4 nes emulator for 35 dollars good deal until i receive the package and have NO CHARGER CD OWNERS MANUEL OR AV CABLES. All were pictured and not included. The product arrived in a box it did not fit inside of. It also was a 2gb model which would be ok if the had included tha charger. When i contacted them they insisted in charged with the usb cable (which it does not) i had a fairly long string of emails back and for which mostly resulted in them repeating the same or new lies about the product. Upon further research i have found other testimonials about people who had similar problemns and attemped to return the device. Upon mailng they never eceived a refund and the company claims to have never received the return. THIS HAS HAPPEND MOE THAN ONCE! In closing they were unwilling to fix what looked at first to be an honest mistake and continued to imply that i was lying about the devices inability to charge via usb. Now that i have purchaed the proper charge the price atually exceeded the competing websites.
