Paid 50 $ for nothing - Internet

I was restoring a old arcade machine and needed a marquee and bezel for the screen at first I just ordered the marquee and received it so I paid for the bezel I found that I liked and I get a email wanting the dimensions so I measured it and sent it in then they wanted some other dimensions or blueprints of some kind that did not make sense I asked if they could just refund me and no response then they quit responding to me ever sense I tryed emailing them many times nothing I would not buy from these people if any problems arise they will steal your money and not talk to you there is no information about them on the website or a live number to even try.
