Altered phone order then did'nt ship all of altered order and said it would be 6 to 10 days shipping

I ordered a radio two antenna mounts 1 magnet, 1 mirror mount, 2 coax wires for antennas and a antenna. Also extra power cord and software program. I asked what the order came to and John Quoted me $406.00. I made order on May 4. I asked how long it usally takes to recieve order John told me 6 to 10 days. I had not recieved nothing 10 days later so I called John and requested mail tracking info.

He gave me a tracking number that was good I found out that package was not shipped till May 15 I recieved it on May 25. All that was shipped was the radio extra power cord, the software program {with no insructions on how to use or install}. I contacted John and told him that I did not recieve antenna and that there where no mention on invoice about the 2 coax and antenna mounts.

He told me thats all I ordered and the antenna was shipped in a different box which I have not recieved to date. There was shipping costs of $33.65 and $22.55 added to the bill. I've made 3 requests for my other tracking numbers with no reply. So to finsh I feel I have been riped off and feel that John has not been a straight shooter in this deal.
