Basically I bought an LG Xenon from this store and the same day when I got home I realized something was wrong with it and took it directly back (keeo in mind the store is about a 45 minute drive) when I got to the store, an associate looked at the phone said it works fine and sent me back home. Over the weekend I realized there was something wrong with it when it would not turn back on after turning it off so I had to once again make the trip down there to get another phone, so they gave me another one and showed me it worked and then I went home.

Well over the next few days I realize they forgot to give me my memory card and screen protector back so once again I had to go there again... Then once that was settled I went back over and once I inserted the memory card it said it could not be read, so I gave at&t a call, they told me it was the manufacteur's problem and I needed to call them so I did and they told me I need to return the phone, so I had to go out there AGAIN and by this time i was really angry! I told them I wanted my money back for the phone and he said he didn't have enough cash to give me and asked if he could put it on my bank card, and I told him as long as I have the money because I need to go back to my town and purchase the phone there, he didn't say anything, swiped my card and printed out a receipt and gave it to me, never mentioning anything to me. I went home and to my local store and purchased one there and made sure everything worked... But before I could purchase it at&t needed to deactivate my account which they should have done when I was there and returned the merchandise.

So I spent two hours on the phone waiting for them to deactive it. They did. Now the biggest part it I found out that the guy did not give me my money back right away and now my bank is low because of their mistake. I am very angry!!
