Outgoig and incoming cut off

Friend, I've a relianc gsm #9555642252 it's operating precisely the 11.30 pm of may 12th and next building issues. Our cellphone is started up so when someone create a phone in my experience it responds "turned off" so when i create a phone to a different individual it displaying about the display of cellular "phone refused". Pls. Do anything. I notified the custmore worry about this case plus they inform me 72 hours. It fixed but till today it's exactly the same... And 72 hours also an extremely very long time.

In last i recommend to all or any gsm customers of cellular the service of Dependence GSM is extremely bad, Please don't go if you like continuous support...
