Was selling Iphone on craigs list, has not return calls or email after receiving money

I contacted the seller on Craigslist he said his paypal was not working (first mistake of mine) then he told me that he would have to show ID at Western Union to pick up the money and he would then ship the iphone, he has pic's and everything showing the items. I knew not to go through anything but Paypal but believed him.
