I cant be refund so i called paypal and paypal told me to contact my band., i filed are disput and the bank refund me my money back... About 35 days later they try to get money from my account without my concent..,??? =that totally eligal??? And they should be

But the bank reject them..., people be careful they will try to go to your bank or paypal account without your concent., if you do a charge back from your credit card company.
