Corp fails to back there products

I purchased a studio 1535 from Dell Corp, over the internet. When we recieved the lap top it didnt work out of the box we immeditately call tech support. Work with them on the phone and on line so they could look at it then back on the phone again they also miss 2 appts to work on the phone.
We offer to send it back numerous times because they failed to correct the issues... They have been very nasty... Told us we now had the computer over twenty-one days and we cant send it back even though we were in contact from day one.
We just want it fixed tired of getting the run around. How do send this back.
