Pcinfinity.net ADVISE: stay away from this company at all costs "F" rating with the BBB

Purchased computer on Jan. 06, after close to 2 weeks with no response from them I decided to email, then call and then call again, and again, no response, finally I got ahold of someone name Igor, told me that computer was shipping out that day and he would email me the tracking number, that was on Friday, Monday afternoon checked my email and to my surprise no email!

Called them again and again and again, finally I filed a dispute with paypal, guess what they called lol, said they had shipped out the computer already and was sending tracking # right away, asked if I would "end dispute with paypal" not until I get the pc. Checked my email later that evening and yes there was a tracking number, clicked on the link to ups.com and says tracking number and pickup slip generated but not picked up by ups at this time.

So they lied, called again no answer total time to recieve computer almost 4 weeks, after putting computer together found dead dvd burner. Emailed them, called them so on and so on. Nothing, finally left complaint with BBB. Found out they have an "F" rating with them left a negative report as well along with the other 42 complaints before me.

Contacted serveral websites asking to Ban them from posting specials and deals, Turned them over to my state attorney general's office probable wont help but worth the exposure, making it my goal for the next couple of days to warn others to stay away, forwarded emails to people and friends to stay away from them, will do what I can to put a dent in their business.

All this over a $40 dvd burner that they wont contact me to return back to them. Lets see if samsung will honor it instead.
