Stands for Really Crappy Appliance, 2 years 4 months, $1000 52 inch HD tv is junk

4 months outside of my warrenty and my tv turns into a $1000 paper weight. Customer service was rude and lied to me telling me that the local repair center would come to my home to look at the tv, but I called the repair center and they won't do that, they want to charge me $150 for pick up since I don't have a truck.

I called customer service back and asked to speak with a supervisor and they refused saying that I'd have to wait 24 hours for one to call me back. I told them I can't wait that long, and he once again told me nobody is available. I told him I'm not hanging up until I speak with a manager. 5 minutes later a manager came on the phone! (someone WAS available)

They basically told me that they couldn't do anything for me, because they can't make special exceptions for any customers so it "wouldn't be fair". So I asked the rude guy "so does that mean you get a lot of customers complaining about this problem?" And he said "I'm not obliged to answer that question".

So yea, RCA customer service is horrible, rude, and they sell JUNK Tv's and probably everything else... My moms 52 inch RCA doesn't work either.
