After callinf for the product" Loud and Clear" they try to get you to upgrade to the deluxe model, which I did. Today I received my order, no instructions were included, and the product did not amplify hardly at all any sound.

This is a rip off, and the shipping charge was over sixteen dollars. I just sent it back to them for under 3 dollars, receipt return.

Avoid this ads like the plague.
