Optical allusion false advertising a fraud

My title is optical allusion and the reason is because i received this mail telling me that i have not won the big price but they will give me this gift voucher for $400 and they had some catalog papers included in there for me to make a choice.

I ordered a RCA 3 cd, cassette, tunner and surround. The system was worth three hundred some thing. The system had big speakers, two small speakers and a big shelf that two put the whole stereo in. The reason i am writting big every time is they had two pictures of if one was an oak wood shelf. The picture looked big because they zoomed in on it too much and the other one which was black (the one i ordered) was in a room but comparing to the size of other thing in the room it looked preety big. I discovered that the big speakers where very thin compare to the price and others in the market and the sound is not satisfying enough.

Today i recived a mail with two $310 gift vouchers and the catalogs have prices of more than $350 on each and it does not even say on the instructions that i can use bth gift vouchers on one item. Even if i want to verify with them i cant because the only thing they have is the address on the envelope no toll free number or a website. (this paragraph has nothing to do with the optical allsion paragraph)
