Scam business

Hi,
I know a online shop selling cell phone, Exoticphone.com. They are scammer. They sale refurbish cell phone. Although they charge for brand new, they send you wrong color, refurbish cell phone.

I have placed a order one month ago for a Nokia N79 Quadband 3G HSDPA Seal Grey which was $342. I placed for 2nd day.

But still I did not receive the phone after 2 days. I called them, they told me that they have already shipped it but fedex having problem. It may take more 1 day to receive.

After one day i have receive a old model samsung which may cost $100.

When i called them they told me that their record showing I have placed for samsung that model. I had nothing to do. After some hours I called them and told them that I like to return the phone. They agreed and send them back.

Still they did not refund my money. I think they will never. This is their scam business.
