I bought a fisheye lens for my son for his cannon camcorder. Once the contact came it had been the incorrect one. Our son had spoken to some sales person. At Devil to discover which he must use. It had been the incorrect one. Since Feb-25 my child, my son and myself have attempted to get hold of them thru the telephone and mail.
They've not answered to some of our questions. March 12 a factory employee named me to determine exactly what the issue was, I described the issue and he advised me he didn't have any concept where you can obtain a return quantity from and he just worked in factory and somebody had quit an email on his desk to contact me. He explained he might place an email on the sales person table to contact me. That sales person hasn't delivered my phone.
The corporation isn't authorized using the BBB in Miami, Fl.
