Deceptive advertising nonexistant customer service and NO refunds

I ordered what I was thinking was a genuine Apple product and what I received was an embarrassingly low quality knock off long past the promised date of delivery, Christmas, for which it was ordered.

When I tried to contact the PriceGo people by e-mail to express my displeasure, they would not respond. When I found their phone number and left messages, they would not respond. Now their site states their return policy does not refund internet purchases and only offers replacement products but the customer must have a RMA number. To get an RMA number the customer must contact a customer representative. The same representative who doesn't answer the phone or doesn't return phone messages left, or doesn't respond to e-mails. I don't want replacement crap for knockoff crap. I want my money back. I was misled and I want my money back.

I fell for this hoax due to their holiday website where adjacent to Apple iPods were pictures of "iPod Shuffle" knockoffs. The term "Shuffle" was used to describe their "clip". I used the term "Shuffle" to search for the product I was looking for as a Christmas gift and the PriceGo website came up due to the use of "Shuffle"clip. Now their website does not show the Apple knockoffs next to the genuine Apple products but if you were to type in "Shuffle" in a search box you will see a picture of the fake Apple products.

This company has shown me no customer service nor any desire to provide a quality product for a fair price.
