Charged me almost $800 bucks to fix TV offered warranty and still request money disquised as a trip charge to fix the TV AGAIN

Please DO NOT do business with this company. They charged me almost $800.00 to fix my TV, promised it would be like new again, kept my TV for almost two months, told me I had a warranty but neglected to mention the extra trip charge, the TV went bad within days of getting it back and I when called to ask for service I was advised that I had to pay another trip charge. Asked to speak with manager or owner and learned there was none. Even though they are listed in the phone book. They are scammers, they take your hard earned money, like the gift that keeps on giving. Would not work with us over the $59 they charge. Then they tried to tell us that if the tech could not fix the problem they would get us another TV. Yeah right, how much is that going to cost us. The tech had a body odor and said his helpers quit. Well I wonder why. My husband had to help him carry our TV in the house. I had to admit to my husband that I made a HUGH mistake with this company please do not do business with this company. They will take your money and leave you an unrepaired TV, then charge you more to come out and fix it again. Steve if you read this, i want you to know that this is not good business.
