Broken product and no one will resolve the issue

The organization isn't linked to the BBB, that will be something I ought to have investigated before purchasing their bit of trash vacuum.

The machine is ripping up my rug, and never selecting something up. I've tried calling the dog owner for 3 months without any responce.

I've approached the surfaces to prosecute them, simply because they DON'T worry about the customer. All-they worry about is pressing revenue with this TERRIBLE device they contact a vacuum.
