Their customer support freaking sucks!

I'm so tired of needing to proceed thru sooo many modifications to talk to a freaking live consultant simply to ask them to seriously the point performing like they're fools. OMG i dislike to talk therefore adversely about God's projects but I believe they're settled to act in this way... NO METHOD could somebody be that large between your ears. Grrrrrr!
