Rebate ripoff

On palm m130...

I bought a palm m130 open box from palm inc
with a promise of a fifty dollar rebate advertised
with it. I filled out the rebate, sent upc label, and
copy of payment. I later received mail stating upc
label was not orginal and thus no rebate.

This unit was purchased from palm's online store and if upc label was wrong, it's their fault. I would not recommend
buying anything from this manufacturer!!! I sent a email to them and they did not even have the courtesy to respond!!
