Steal my money, false advertisment, ingnores email request

The 5th of February I bought thru gmail shopping page, two Jabra BT500 Bluetooth to this company, 1UnitedData.com.in there page says that my order would reach to my USA address (son apartment) maximum in 7 days, but it has past almost one month and I don't know anything about it. I have been charged in my credit card. I have mail them several times, and call there 800 phone number, where an answer machine takes my message, but up till now, nothing occurs. This type of company go against the trading in INTERNET, they are the worst than can be. NOT RECOMENDED for nobody.
