In Avondale AZ Fraud! Beware! Told me it was a Brand new battery, knowing it was used

Went to store to purchase a new V3 battery for work phone (Razor). Told me it was a brand new battery and would last for around 3 days depending on use. I followed their charging instructions. The following day it lasted no longer than 3 hrs with no use. I should have known something was up when Patty, (the clerk) informed me that they would only take exchanges within 14 days, no returns the moment I purchased it. I went back to see Patty the following day and was informed that they had no batteries in stock. She would have to order one and I would have to come back the next day. Wow, 2 hours off of work to simply purchase a new $43 battery from a store that sells batteries.

Warning!!! If you purchase a battery from them, make sure it is in the original Motorola or Mfgs. Packaging. Not the T-mobile plastic accessories case they stick used batteries in and try to re-sell. Am going back tomorrow to try the exchange again. Will reply on progress.
