Took my money, and sent nothing (not even an order confirmation)

I ordered a cell phone case from these scam artists, and they charged my bank account and sent nothing - not even an order confirmation. I submitted an inquiry, got no response, and now I'm blocked from sending any further inquiries because they didn't respond to the first!

Why haven't they been shut down yet?
