I went in for a refund of $64.97 on a piece of junk that was sold to me they wanted to send me a check when the policy said if more than $100.00 had to argue to get my cash

I had to argue to get a lousy $64.97 tax. They told me that it was policy for them to send me check within ten days... I'll not say the mans name. They did'nt say that at the time of the sale. Just that i had 14 days to return it if i did'nt like it (A surround sound system). The manager kept saying it was on the back of my invoice... I was to angry to stop and read it. Wish I would have now.

He does'nt even know his stores policy I sat here tonight and gave it a look over. It states... Refunds over $100.00 will be made by check within ten business days after the item is returned, if originally paid by cash or check... Hello my refund was not $100.00. This man had the nerve to speak of my child in a effort to keep us quiet so his other customers would'nt here our complaint... Was all I could do to not punch him in the face. How dare a so called professional sales manager treat a customer like that. Its A disgrace to the hhgregg company.
