Service, Using wrong information

Purchased telephone 2 weeks ago. Settled almost 200.00 dollars. Repetition triggered my telephone under somebody elses info. Repetition at shop believed to contact cricket, cricket stated we'd to generate to the closest corporate shop which incidentally is 30 miles away to truly have the data corrected. We went towards the uvalde shop and was informed it had been set. 1-hour later we named our home telephone (my spouse and that I that's) caller-ID was still joining under somebody elses name. Therefore for that heck of it I attempted to join up my telephone about the my acounts site on MyCricket.com whenever we entered our quantity and had code texted to cell, i signed in. EVERY peice of data is wrong, not remotely near to correct. Unfortunate thing is, i offered the repetition my People Lic. And everything is wrong. Our name is Mark, but caller-id stateis I am Cody??? Our handle numbers are 501, cricket has 907?? I prepaid 20.00 for flexbuckett, does not show. We were attempting to include my spouse a telephone to my consideration, but this set cricket into perspective. They've terrible customer support. Imagine Cody... Sorry guy, but I've no motives of spending your statement guy!!!
