Problems with HD reception

In July I purchased a Vizio 32" plasma from Walmart. Since I have reside in a place that just has one television transmission place I'm fairly restricted for stations. Nevertheless, this 1 stop does broadcast both CBS and Monk. Presently period you will find two CBS wavelengths; CBS-SD (Standard-Definition) and CBS-HD. This bit of garbage Vizio won't obtain CBS-HD precisely. The image is there-but it's coated with flashing green pieces. In my own room I've an Hitachi along with a Sony within the home& not a problem getting CBS-HD. Vizio still will not acknowledge their TVs are having issues getting HD stations and downright will not return my income. This isn't reasonable! I suppose my only option would be to consider them to judge.
