32 Inch TV Sound Failed After 16 Months and Support Refused Help

I purchased my TV from Walmart and it was showing fine but a couple of weeks before my TV went out the sound was starting to fade then it went completely out. I called customer service to see what the problem could be and they told that they couldn't do anything to correct the problem. Remind you I only had it for 1yr. 4mos.
