Absolutely the worst customer service that I've ever experienced

I bought a portable generator from a company called Atlantic Tools. I have tried fo weeks to get basic information regarding service items (oil filter, fuel filter. Etc) For some reason they will not provide this information. My business partner and I have left repeated messages on thier phone. They have an answering service that takes messages and contacts someone within Altantic Tools. I have gotten the standard brush-offs from the answering service. I am told that someone will call me back in 10 min. No one ever calls back. There are not any service centers available on their site and there is no way to order parts... Even basic ones. I will NEVER buy anything from this poorly run company again. Don't waste your money... Buy a Honda Generator.
