Let's Talk ripped me off for $750

We purchased 3 phones through the Alabama Education Association in Dec in the amount of $800. We signed up with AT&T as our carrier service. Not once was Let's Talk mentioned.

We received the phones and we had no service at our home. AT&T helped us from December until April trying to get the problem resolved. The phones were traded and downloads were sent, nothing helped. AT&T finally told us there was nothing they could do that they were going to cancel our service without any termination fees, at this time nothing was mentioned about Let's Talk and they never told us to return the phones.

The termination was done in April we paid all of our bills thru AT&T and all of our contact was made with AT&T. My credit card was billed $250 X 3 = $750 from Let's Talk, I had no idea who Let's Talk was we contacted the number on the bill and they told us it was for early termination fees, this was the first time we knew anything about Let's Talk.

We have tried since August to get this resolved and they either hangup on us tell us they will have someone call us back, we never get anything. We tried small claims and it is a fee of $100 for each claim. Each charge would have to be filed seperate.

We have contacted AT&T since Let's talk is a 3rd party company to them for help and they tell us to contact our credit card company and Let's Talk. Our credit card company reversed the charges and Let's Talk billed me again stating they had a signed contract from us, we never knew Let's Talk excisted until August when they charged my credit card.
