Charged for some thing that was not received $993.00 charged

I ordered i pod from apple on line they say 4 I say 2 but in any case I received nothing. They say I signed for them. I did not, I sent my ID to show my signature. Talk to a Matthew for over 6 months then he had me thinking they was going to give me credit cause he credited my credit card back $300.00 now he said that is all I am getting nothing else he can do I need to do what ever I want.

Spoke to a Mr Tim O'nel who told me I should be happy with the $300.00 I recived. Well I am not I think if I did not get my order why should I be responsible, it should be between the merchant and the delivery company.

I am on a fixed income and I feel I am not to fault here, I know company are having a hard time but cheating customer will not help and I feel like I was cheated
