Ordered a GPS 11-30-08 - still have not received it as of 1-13-09

I ordered a GPS Nov. 30, and still have not received it as of Jan. 13. I received an e-mail confirmation stating that it had shipped 12-16-08 by UPS Ground, but when I clicked on the link on the e-mail it advised that it had shipped Fed-Ex.

I have repeatedly tried to call, but am put on hold and then disconnected. I have repeatedly e-mailed and even though their web page says e-mail 24/7/365. No one has responded.

I paid for this through PayPal and have filed a Claim Dispute, hoping for a refund.

This company is definitely a SCAM!
