Charges being billed and taken off my account daily when I did not even have a cell phone. Daughter has one but not autorized to use my account

Starting in september of 08 I was being charaged daily of charges ranging from 10.98 up to 67.93.
In the first place I do not even own a cell phone.
One of my daughter'[s does but she has no autorization to use my card.

Even if she did why would I allow a daily charge to appear on my credit card billing?
I have reported this to the company.
