Order-direct.Biz Scam - selling fake IPods Greenville

I bought an Apple IPod Nana 4gig Gen 3 from www.order-direct.Biz as a Christmas gift for my nanny. To my horror and embarassment, she brings it back to me informing me that ITunes does not recognize the device or serial number. When I looked at the "Ipod" myself, the menu looks nothing like an authentic Ipod (my son has this exact model). There is a return policy listed on their web-site but convienently, no return address. After 4 phone calls and email attempts, I have not received a response. I was only able to identify the city and state they are located in by googling the area code (Greenville, SC). I was ripped off and have filed a complaint with the SC BBB. This web-site also offers supposed Rolex watches, designer jeans and North Face jackets at steep discounts. Don't let them rip you off! They also have items posted in most major cities on Craigslist.
