Double drafting my account and still no compute

When you hear the term "Buyer Beware" they were speaking about Blue Hippo. They have completely made me re-think about doing business with anyone else online.

First the made me a promise that if I paid a small deposit then they would ship my computer. So, I made a deposit of $124.00. Then I called them back and they said that was not true, I would need to pay 7 consecutive bi - weekly payments and fill out some paperwork before I could even get the computer. When I made my 7th payment, Blue Hippo started drafting my account twice and violated the agreement we had made. Of course they denied that I was drafted twice. So, when I showed them proof of the additional payments and the fact that they overdrafted my account, they still didn't acknowledge what they did it and didn't want to reimburse me for my overdraft fees that the bank placed on my account.

All I wanted to do at this point was get a refund and not do business with them anymore and since I had not sent in my paperwork and had not received a computer at all, I thought this would not be problem. Well, I was in for a rude awakening. They said that not only were they NOT going to refund my money, but they would issue a store credit and then I would have to pay for the shipping and handling by money order. The store credit amount would NOT go towards the shipping and handling charges that would be required to get any merchandise out of their online store. And to make matters even worse, their products are extremely overpriced. So either way, you lose!!!

I have given this company close to $900 and have not received any product of any kind and nothing but the run around. I have been kept on hold for over an hour and then transferred only to hold an additional 45 minutes. This is an absolute MESS!

I strongly suggest that if you want a computer and you don't have the money or the credit, simply save your money and wait for a good deal to come along at your local electronic stores, because if you deal with Blue Hippo, you will lose more time and more money!
