Company failed to register this product and activate it as stated also did not provide the telephone number as stated, i was billed for this item and can not reach the company for tect. Support to get it working seems to be a rip off

I was billed for this device and never received the confermation e-mail to activate it or receive the telephone number as promissed all attemps to reach the firm by e-mail or telephone have been met with negative results. This seems to be a rip off
