Bogus Company

Order phone case in October called in November and was told case was on back order. Asked for refund, was told it would take 8 to 10 business days.

Have been calling since November 6 every time I am being told different story. First my account will be recredited, then a check wa sent out, then the order was placed. How could order be placed if it was concelled. Even when I threaten to call the Better Business Bureau and State Attorney Generals off it seems as if it did not phrase rep one bit.

It is now 2 monts later going on 3 months and I still have not received refund. Was told, "It will be mailed" - yeah right! If a class action suit is filed against this company, count me in. Never dealt with website company such as this. This company is a sham and big rip office. I think they are doing business from someone house.
