No refund on returned merchandise

I bought a 12 vlt adapter from them. It did not work for my device. I tried to return it to the address indicated on the packaging slip. The address was wrong and the shipment got back to me. I asked them for a prepaid return envelope - since I already paid for the shipment once. They did not respond. Anyway I paid for another postage and return the adapter to them. However they have not refunded my money. THey do not respond to e-mail and do not have a phone number to call. These guys are crooks.
