An Order that never came

I've placed an order with them on December 1. It's now the 19th of December. No tracking number, no answer to phone calls nor emails, no product sent to me in good faith.

Oh, well. So much for "Consumer Protection" eh? Paypal has started an investigation today. But I won't hold my breath about it. Just so to let my fellow consumers across America know: BEWARE or Rich's PSX Parts! Thats all.
