Bargain Enterprises Paid $74.20 for door parts - never received Passaic New Jersey

I purchased $74.20 of door parts Jan. 6, paid through Paypal.
I never received these items. I tried calling them, they never answer their phone. I tried emailing them, the emails get returned.

I contacted Paypal and started a dispute, they said I was right, but there was no money in his/her account to reimburse me. Paypal said they would give them a "warning". Today is April 17, still no parts, no answers, no money.

I contacted the court house in Passaic and they said to file a report with my local police department and they could pursue the situation, which I did, still haven't heard anything. I know it's only $74.20, but if they do that to everyone, I mean, there has to be something that can be done with this company.
