A month of trying to get my money back after cancelling my orde

I was going to rent a big screen TV, but they couldn't deliver in time for my party, so I went someplace else. (Aaron's in Worcester, delivered a bigger tv for less money!) I tried to cancel the order at Rent a Center. I have been calling there for a refund for an entire month, but they still haven't credited my account.

I've spoken to 4 people there - including a female, a guy named Dan, a guy named Calvin... Today, Dan actually called me to tell me my account was a month overdue!

When I reminded him I am waiting for a credit, he was "shocked."

I told him he can credit me by the end of the week, or this will go to small claims court.

I've already stopped payment on my credit card.

Stay away from these people. They are a scam.
