Failure to Ship, False Reporting to Debt Collectors, Failure to Refund

I ordered a phone system from this company. They charged my credit card and claimed to have shipped the item with FedEx. After no reciept of the order, I inquired with them and a month later I still had not recieved my order. This company promised me a refund that never came through. I had to file a claim with my credit card company and FactoryOutletStore.com would not cooperate with them. My card company eventually credited my account. Once they did this, FactoryOutletStore.com turned the chargeback over to a collection agency. They did this even after promising me, in writing, a full refund. Do business with this company at your own risk.
