Looks like another SCAM! While searching for lowest price via Google for Samsung LN46A950, ElectroZone showed up as low price. Since discovering "centralelectronicsplus" apparently being a SCAM, I was suspicious this outfit might also be a SCAM. Checked via several searches and found that 1409 Bonita Ave, Las Vegas, Nv appears to belong to Samuel and Heidi Tenenbaum as a residence purchased in 2005... You better check them out before going any further.
