I am writing this to inform you that I am looking to take legal action against your company "International Trading Auctions" re item #330276064844 to recover my money as the goods were never delivered and the money not refunded.

I note, and I am concerned that, you are no longer trading on Ebay or have been removed by Ebay.

Given the information detailed in the below links and your lack of reply to my most recent emails regarding delays in sending a refund.

I will be forced to seek legal representation if I do not get a reply to this email re garuntee of a refund of my money within 2 working days. Failure to continue with this refund request will result in court action in the small claims court.
