Stupid collection practices

I'd prefer to understand why a Run selections broker maintains calling my mobile phone searching for arbitrary people I've never heard about who owe Run cash. I've had my quantity for in regards to a year and its own appears they cant realize that when the individual they're searching for had the amount quite a long time before I did so and that I possess a new agreement, that I can not probably function as the person who they're searching for.
