Does Not Honor Financing Plans, Cust Service Blackhole Financial Services

I ordered a TV from Bestbuy.com in late August. I previously worked for Best Buy and understand the difference between a RewardZone Mastercard and their Best Buy credit card. During the purchase process over the phone, I repeatedly asked the phone representative if my card RewardZone Mastercard qualified me for their special 3yr, 0% interest financing and was told I would get that promotion. Fast forward to mid-September and my bill says I am being charged over 14% APR for my purchase. The four weeks after that I placed five phone calls to Best Buy and they assured me they would put my name in an Excel sheet which HSBC would use to update my financing. When that didn't work, I called HSBC and they have no knowledge of such a sheet. They said there is nothing at all they can do to resolve my interest rate. I called back to Best Buy and they told me it would easily be solved by their promotions team. Five days later, a Promotions Rep called me and after a lengthy discussion, was told there is nothing they can do, but to try Customer Relations. Customer Relations then said there is nothing they can do and to call 1-888-BEST-BUY, the same number I had been using 7 weeks prior. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they were all busy and they would call me back in three days. During all of this I am being charged interest on my purchase. Between the bank and Best Buy I have made over 20 phone calls and spent more than three hours on hold or talking to someone. It is no longer a matter of if I can pay the TV off or not to avoid interest, but rather a matter of being lied to about a promotion and the extremely poor customer service that has been offered after the fact.
