Stole the hard drive storage out of an xbox 360

Modmasters.net advertises services for xbox 360. Son had errors on his xbox that we bought new about a year and a half prior so we searched locally for a economical repair service and found modmasters.net. Took the device to the contacts address and was contacted to pick it up 5 hours later. Arrived, paid for the service, returned home, hooked it up and realized that profiles were no longer available due to missing storage device. We called the chris whom we took it to politely informed him that the storage drive was removed while in his possession. Chris became very hostile and declared the absence of any storage upon arrival and hung up the phone on us. We tried multiple times to recontact chris, his associates jason and lane with no success. Found out that they also use Craigslist to advertise illegal modifications.

Bottom line, these people stole my son's storage drive out of his xbox 360 during a service. We are filing reports in hopes that future consumers will gain the knowledge to deviate from scam/thieve artists such as modmasters in the local community and beyond.
