Company would not accept return of my kit

Item were received in zip lock bags that had holes in them. Parts were strewn throughout my box. Employees absolutely would not talk to me about a return. Zip Lock bags were old and beat up with holes in them. I would not do business with these guys. My review of Hobbytron.com would be a 1 star. I bought an FM transmitter kit.
