New "19" flat screen hd t. V On SALE For $250.00 each, this is what I read in AD Glen Burnie maryland

I took my mom (65 years old) to best buy in glen burnie mall, because best buy was advertising, New Flat Screen Color HDTV's w/Remote. She was so excited, that she could Finally afford a Flat HDTV, on her fixed income. I also read the Ad, in the paper, And decided to buy one Too. (for Me)

And the Key words That I read, were..."HDTV's" (more than one)..."NEW" (meaning NEW)... W/Remote (with Remote) and...$250.00

Simple to read, right?
I thought so Too!

When me and my mom got to the t. V section (AD in Hand) we looked for the Flat Screen in the AD. "hey there it is" I said... MY MOM HURRIED OVER, EXCITED, at break neck speed (1) mile in hour. (hey... Shes 65)

I was pointing at the Floor Model, So I matched the numbers, to the t. V's in the boxes, to the Floor Model (AD) Numbers, And grabbed (2) of them.
(no help from BestBuy Employees) And off to the check-out we went The whole time, mom was saying how nice they looked on the box, and only $250.00 dollars.

MOM wanted to pay for her own t. V, So I let her go First in line. When the girl rang her up, and said" your total is $456.00 (and change) we said' "the t. V is on sale for $250.00 and showed her the AD... As soon as she saw the AD, she told us to see some one, in the T. V Dept.

We did... And asked why these T. V's are $450.00, when the AD says $250.00 READY FOR THIS... He said' the only T. V on Sale is the Floor Model, And the Remote has been lost. WHAT? I said' The AD does not say floor Model... And does not say, no remote. And You put an AD out for (1) one T. V set, that is a floor model, with no remote. He said' YEP! Nice answer! How do they keep getting away with this?
