Do not buy fridgeadaire products appliances catch fire and they will not replace even under warranty

We purchased from best buy online a fridgeadaire window heat and air unit. I need the heat now with children. They claim they are replacing it and that best buy is the hold up with paperwork since we bought it from them online. We have gotten the run around over two months. I think fridgeadaire is trying to hold out till the one year warranty is out. They tell me they shipped replacement already but know one knows where it is. I cant even get my money back. I have been offered a store credit from best buy for over 800.00. I dont want credit. I want my replacement or my money. I feel as if we are being taken for a ride. If not resolved soon this will go to court for I have already contacted an attorney. Anyone who has this problem contact me or leave me your info.
