Rip-off LIED

I applied and recieved a cell phone from alltel.

Supposed to get get 200 anytime minutes and 3000 night

And weekends well lets just say there is no free minutes

I am being charged for every call that i have made or

Received... I asked them to send me a contract and a

Calling plan to see where my coverage is covered they

Said no problem well i have never recieved it... I called

Them again today to find out my bill is almost 300

Dollars. I am being charged for every minute i dont have

This kind money so what was suspose to be 39.95 plus 30

Something connect fee not sure what that is since i cant

Have a contract which i was told today that they can not

Send out because i have to go to the store where i

Bought the phone but i got it off the net... I dont know

What to do now how can a company do this to people!
